Brady Lake Mine, Coleman Twp., nr. Cobalt, Ontario
Canada
Dimensions: 9.8x6.5x6.8 cm
Price: CA

A very nice fist-sized high grade sample. Sawn on one face of what is essentially a cubic block of ore with soft serpentine on the top wall and bottom wall contacts and rough on the last three faces with silver beads exposed on the surface. Dense!!

This piece comes from Brady Lake area, there are several old shafts that surround Brady Lake, these include the old Lumsden Mine shaft, Pan Silver Mine shaft and Rochester Mine shaft. It may be impossible to attribute samples to a specific old mine, as such we use the Brady Lake Mine as the designation.
