A "rosette" of baryte crystals that have pure white zones on the edges of the crystals. The matrix is dark marcasite. Attractive! The occurrence at Aguathuna is a "white smoker", a sub-sea hot spring that precipitated light coloured barium sulphate, compared to a "black smoker" that precipitated black sulphide mineralization. Nice looking piece!
