Titanite

An above average, well formed titanite crystal from the famous Smart Mine. This is a single, well formed crystal, almost complete with a little of the crystal on the bottom missing. It's high luster makes it difficult to photograph. I have included quite a few photo's to try and give you an idea of the shape and condition. As is often the case, some of the edges are abraded a little bit. It is supported by a malformed microcline crystal on the back which acts like a stand to enable it to sit perfectly for display, by itself. Excellent!
