This concretion/pyrite cluster from West Bay is a super-lustrous group of cubic pyrite crystals. The Port au Port Peninsula, on the west coast of the island of Newfoundland has become a prolific producer of mineral specimens, in recent years. One of the most interesting is the occurrence of pyrite nodules ands crystals in the shales of West Bay, Tea Cove, Lead Cove, etc. This piece looks great!
