Before lazulite was discovered in the Yukon and before it started coming out of Afghanistan, the Graves Mountain locality was THE locality for Lazulite! Well, there were others but Graves Mountain gave up very well formed crystals of that mineral for years. Here is a good example: a blue, steeply pyramidal crystal embedded in white quartz. Classic Graves Mountain Lazulite!
