There are 12 sharp cubanite crystals scattered about the top of this calcite crystal-covered matrix. Some of the calcite crystals are bruised around the extremities but mostly fine in the inner part of the crystal covering. The cubanite crystals are all well formed, prismatic, cyclic twins. They show the v-shaped patterns on the terminations that indicate the twinning planes and configuration. The prism faces don't show signs of re-entrant angles. Quite the cubanite specimen!! Displays well!!
