Sphalerite, Galena

A cluster of lustrous red-brown sphalerite accompanied by silvery cubic galena from the Pine Point Mine. The mine is located at the southern shore of Great Slave Lake in Canada's North West Territories and, although it has been closed since 1988, it could re-open in the near future.
