A large vug in this massive smithsonite specimen is lined with botryoidal brownish smithsonite composed of tiny smithsonite crystals. The smithsonite formed on top of botryoidal white hydrozincite. The hydrozincite is fluorescent blue-white, as hydrozincite often is. Will need some extra postage. Old, classic locality!
