Back in the 1960's, a roadcut was blasted near Gooderham, Ontario that exposed interesting crystals of light purple scapolite. Some of these specimens went into private collections and, like this one, come to light on occasion. This one shows a composite, prismatic crystal associated with a little green tremolite.
