Well formed Japan-law twinned quartz crystals from one of the most prolific localities of such twins. This particular one is flattened and shows two twin members at the required Japan-law axial angle of 84 degrees, 33 minutes. The crystals are coated with a tiny, sparkling quartz crystals. It has another quartz crystal attached to the back, which enables the specimen to sit as photographed. Nice looking example!
