Quartz

Here is something you don't see very often! This radiating aggregate of slightly amethystine quartz crystals is covered all around with quartz crystals and terminations. These groups of quartz crystals seemed to have formed in a chlorite clay in channels/vents in basalt. So they are complete all around! Handsome!
