A sample of silvery galena octahedra and (minor) sphalerite from the Pine Point Mine. The mine is located at the southern shore of Great Slave Lake in Canada's North West Territories and, although it has been closed since 1988, it could re-open in the near future. Comes on a stand ready to display!
