Fluorite

Palm sized sample of fluorite with a thick zone of green fluorite on its lower half and its top layer a light purple colour. The surface appears botryoidal with stepped scalenohedral growths of tightly interconnected cuboctahedral micro-crystals. A nice sample from a well known and important Canadian locality.
