We often think of chalcocite as a mineral that was collected a long time ago in some of the classic mineral localities. This specimen was collected at a modern Classic Locality, the Flambeau Mine. This is a cluster of fairly well formed crystals showing hexagonal outline and a matte lustre. Very nice!
