Callaghanite is a very rare hydrated copper-magnesium-hydroxyl-carbonate mineral, forms royal blue microcrystals and crystalline crust on serpentinite matrix. The species is only found in a few world localities according to mindat.org and this is one of the best. The white balls are hydromagnesite. Looks beautiful under the microscope!
