Postage in Canada / USA

• Air mail (tracked) - Estimated at $15.00 for the first specimen and an additional $2.00 per specimen. If there is a wide discrepancy between the estimate and actual cost of shipping we will contact you for additional funds.
• There are no additional fees/tariffs on US orders.

 Postage outside of North America

• Air mail (no tracking) - Untracked shipping overseas is estimated around $20.00 depending on the destination for the first specimen and $2.00 for each additional specimen. If there is a wide discrepancy between the estimate and actual cost of shipping we will contact you for additional funds.
• Air mail (Tracked) - Tracked shipping overseas typically starts around $35, depending on the destination. We charge this initial amount at checkout and adjust once your order is packed. If there is a significant difference between the estimated and actual shipping costs, we will either request additional payment, or offer a partial refund, to balance it out.

• All orders for Canadian residents will be subject to HST/GST. This will be automatically calculated and added for your jurisdiction within Canada.
• If you are ordering from outside of Canada, you are responsible for the payment of all applicable import/customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees and taxes, if any are applicable.
• It is possible that a listed specimen may not be available. If this happens, you may choose an alternate or otherwise a refund will be given.
• All orders are shipped via Canada Post, unless you wish to make an alternative arrangement. In that case please complete the order in the usual way and add a note to your order letting us know. That way we can obtain a quote and may contact you to request extra postage.
• Purchasing a RADIOACTIVE specimen?: For international orders, please confirm with your local customs office that they accept radioactive materials before purchasing. Surface shipping is generally acceptable, but air transport of radioactive specimens can lead to complications. Please contact us prior to ordering so we can determine the safest and most appropriate shipping method.

Note: All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). International customers are charged in CAD, exchange rate is calculated automatically by your bank/paypal upon checkout.
