Postage in Canada and USA

  • Air mail (tracked), estimated at $15.00 for the first specimen and an additional $2.00 per specimen (message us if you’re ordering bulk thumbnails, we can discount them)
  • If there is a wide discrepancy between the estimate and actual cost of shipping (due to handling, weight/size of the parcel, etc) we will contact you.

 Postage outside of North America

  • Air mail (no tracking), estimated at $18.00 for the first specimen and $1.00 for each additional specimen (message us if you’re ordering bulk thumbnails, we can discount them).
  • Air mail (with tracking), shipping is often $30+ overseas depending on the country, we will get in contact you with options after we receive your order.
  • If there is a wide discrepancy between the estimate and actual cost of shipping (due to handling costs, weight/size of the parcel, etc) we will contact you.

  • All orders for Canadian residents will be subject to HST/GST. This will be automatically calculated and added for your jurisdiction within Canada.
  • If you are ordering from outside of Canada, you are responsible for the payment of all applicable import/customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees and taxes, if any are applicable.
  • We try our best to remove all specimens once payment has been processed. However, it is possible that a listed specimen may not be available (eg. multiple people order the same newly listed specimen, specimen wasn’t taken down, etc). If a specimen is ordered and it is no longer available, you may choose an alternate or otherwise a refund will be given.
  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post, unless you wish to make an alternative arrangement. In that case please complete the order in the usual way and add a note to your order letting us know. That way we can obtain a quote and may contact you to request extra postage.
