Shipping Policy

Postage in Canada

• Expedited and Tracked: Estimated at $15.00 for the first specimen and an additional $1.00 per specimen, as long as the package is under 0.5 kg (1 lb). If there is a significant difference between the estimate and the actual shipping cost (due to handling, weight/size of the parcel, etc.), we will contact you.

Postage to the USA

• Air Mail (No Tracking): Estimated at $12.00 for the first specimen and $1.00 per additional specimen, as long as the package is under 0.5 kg (1 lb).
• Air Mail (With Tracking): Estimated at $15.00 for the first specimen and $1.00 per additional specimen, as long as the package is under 0.5 kg (1 lb). If there is a significant difference between the estimate and the actual shipping cost (due to handling, weight/size of the parcel, etc.), we will contact you.

Postage Outside of North America

• Air Mail (No Tracking): Estimated at $15.00 for the first specimen and $1.00 for each additional specimen, as long as the package is under 0.250 kg. If there is a significant difference between the estimate and the actual shipping cost (due to handling costs, weight/size of the parcel, etc.), we will contact you.
• Air Mail (With Tracking): Shipping is often $30+ overseas. We will get in contact with you after receiving your order to discuss available options.

• All orders for Canadian residents will be subject to HST/GST, automatically calculated and added based on your jurisdiction within Canada.
• If you are ordering from outside of Canada, you are responsible for the payment of all applicable import/customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and taxes, if any are applicable.
• We strive to remove all specimens once payment has been processed. However, if a listed specimen is no longer available (e.g., multiple orders for the same newly listed specimen), you may choose an alternate or receive a refund.
• All orders are shipped via Canada Post, unless you wish to make an alternative arrangement. If so, complete the order and add a note, allowing us to obtain a quote and possibly contact you for extra postage.
