This specimen showcases divergent schorl crystals prominently displayed with associated quartz. The schorl crystals are arranged in a radiant formation that converge at the bottom end into a stippled mass that flash with reticulation at the many termination points. Collected from the remote Sceptre Claims at Emerald Lake, Yukon Territory, this specimen is the result of daring efforts, with collectors rappelling down steep cliffs to access mineral pockets. It's a remarkable small cabinet-sized piece from a classic Canadian locality, known for its challenging yet rewarding collection efforts.
