Here's a Grenvillian titanite specimen showcasing a single dark brown, sharp blade of titanite with a mirror-like lustre. It may not look like it, but it is a complete crystal and is quite thick for its size. The specimen comes from Titanite Hill, a locality that has yielded many notable Grenville specimens, including fluorapatite, fluoro-richterite, and titanite.
