"Group of lustrous black interpenetrating tetrahedral crystals, with calcite (white scalenohedrons to 2mm, partly in parallel growth forming rhombohedral aggregates), pyrite (micro crystals), arsenopyrite (micro), chalcopyrite. Purchased from Hawthorneden (F&W. Melanson) at Montreal Gem and Mineral Club Show, 8 Nov 1975."
Very nice cluster of one of the main ore minerals at Naica. Contrasts nicely with the dark sphalerite and white calcite.
