This specimen displays a striking cluster of numerous well-formed scapolite crystals, arranged in an aesthetically dynamic composition. Under shortwave UV light, the scapolite exhibits a vivid red-pink fluorescence, while under longwave UV, it glows with a softer white-pink hue, slightly less intense in person than depicted in photographs. Scattered at the base of the specimen are small but distinct patches of green diopside. Overall, this is a fine and representative example of scapolite from this locality, notable for both its crystal quality and fluorescent response.
