An unusual specimen from the famous alkaline intrusive at Narsarsuk! It is mostly a row of quartz crystals but it also has a small cluster of acicular, elpidite crystals on the front of it. Most of the quartz crystals are well terminated. As a bonus, I am adding a second photo of another specimen that I am including. It is a simple terminated quartz crystal with elpidite inclusions. Old Philadelphia Academy of Sciences label included.
