A palm-sized specimen composed of a matrix rich in polylithionite that have a coating of an unknown creamy white-yellow mineral on them. Polylithionite is a lithium-rich mica. It's intergrown with sharply defined, jet-black aegirine prisms. The aegirine prisms, typical of the locality’s alkaline pegmatites, emphasize the paragenetic association of these species in the highly evolved geochemical environment of the Mont Saint-Hilaire intrusive complex.
