Typical grayish pseudo orthorhombic crystals of montergeianite-(Y) protected between clear quartz prisms. A rare species from MSH, consisting of sharp parallel crystals with a waxy lustre. It is a rare sodium potassium yttrium calcium silicate hydrate found at Mont Sainte-Hilaire in the Monteregian Hills of Quebec. Type locality!
