RTD This specimen is, essentially a cavity of composite mimetite crystals. If you look carefully, the crystals are composed of, sharp, stepped pyramidal and prismatic faces but they appear botryoidal. Some white calcite crystals at the bottom of the cavity. Very nice specimen from this famous mining area!
