This iron/manganese oxide matrix is made up of lustrous, prismatic jet black manganite micro crystals that have formed in a vug accompanied by ice clear colourless quartz crystals. A very nice sample from a famous mine that once produced massive amounts of iron for Canadian and US WWII efforts amongst other things.
