This specimen contains two relativly uncommon minerals, lueshite and loparite, in these zoned cubic crystals. Lueshite is a cubic sodium niobate crytals, very small, <1mm. Loparite contains titanium and niobium, and a host of other rare earth elements bonded in a simple oxide. Rare stuff!
