This specimen features deep azure-blue crystals of the rare lead-copper sulfate linarite in a smoky cerussite-rich matrix. The hefty, blocky matrix is riddled with vugs, many of which are lined with lustrous, brilliantly coloured linarite. Specimens of this quality and richness are scarce from Tsumeb, as linarite was relatively uncommon there, typically found only in the early oxide zones, during the earliest phases of mining.
