This plate showcases several deep indigo-blue, sharp, and lustrous lazulite crystals accompanied by micro quartz prisms. The specimen comes from the phosphate deposits of the Yukon, specifically at Crosscut Creek. Lazulite is a rare magnesium aluminum phosphate, and some of the finest specimens come from this locality.
