This specimen features matte, light green octahedral fluorite crystals lightly covering two prism faces and speckled with pyrite on a matrix of colourless quartz. It originates from the Tribag Mine, a former porphyry copper deposit in Nicolet Township, Ontario. The Tribag Mine operated from 1962 to 1974. While primarily a copper mine, it also produced a variety of secondary minerals, including fluorite and pyrite, making uncommon specimens like this a testament to the mine's diverse mineralogy.
