Tourmaline (var. Elbaite), Muscovite

This multicoloured tourmaline from Nuristan, Afghanistan, showcases soft blue and green "caps" on both ends, framing a colourless pink zone in the centre. A classic and elegant example of the famous tourmaline crystals from this region in Afghanistan, one of the worlds most historically productive sources of fine tourmaline specimens.
