This specimen features an abundance of well-formed crystals of Brewsterite-(Sr), a rare strontium-rich member of the zeolite family. It originates from the well-known Yellow Lake occurrence in British Columbia, Canada, a classic locality for this species. The specimen is backed by a bit of matrix that is almost entirely covered in sparkly, translucent, light pink to colourless crystals, with the largest measuring up to 6 mm. Specimens of this caliber and crystal size are exceptionally difficult to find on the market, making this an exceptional example of this rare mineral.
