This specimen showcases numerous well-formed crystals of Brewsterite-(Sr), a rare strontium-rich member of the zeolite family. Sourced from the renowned Yellow Lake occurrence in British Columbia, Canada—one of the classic localities for this species—this piece stands out due to its isolated crystal growths. Typically, Brewsterite-(Sr) crystals form in tightly packed clusters with little to no space between them, but here, distinct, well-separated crystals are clearly seen. The crystals exhibit a lustrous, translucent quality, ranging from light pink to colourless, with the largest reaching up to 5 mm. Specimens of this caliber are scarce on the market, making this an exceptional example of this rare mineral.
