This specimen features a single, lustrous augelite crystal, displaying a sharp, rhombohedral-like habit. The crystal is colourless to pale green. The specimen originates from the renowned phosphate deposits at Rapid Creek in the Yukon, a locality known for producing some of the finest examples of augelite. Due to the remoteness of this region, material from this locality has become increasingly rare, making this specimen an exceptional example of the species.
