One of the less common minerals to be collected around the basalts of the Bay of Fundy is apophyllite. THis specimen shows an opening in a zeolite vein, mostly composed of stilbite but studded with sharp apophyllite crystals on the stilbite. The apophyllite has a very light green tinge to it.
