This adamite specimen from the Ojuela Mine in MapimÃ, Durango, Mexico, exhibits the superb luster and greenish-yellow colour characteristic of the highly prized formations from this locality. The most desirable form of adamite from Ojuela features spherical, radiating pinwheels of brilliant lemon-green colour. These distinct and historically significant specimens are essential for any serious collector. Acquired by Dr. Tarassoff at the Tucson Gem Show in 1979, this specimen also boasts a brilliant neon green fluorescence.
